Key Responsibilities

- Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications.
- Lead technical decisions, code reviews, and best-practice development processes.
- Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and backend teams.
- Optimize applications for speed, security, scalability, and accessibility.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of learning.
- Integrate APIs and third-party services with robust, reliable code.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and frameworks.
Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of professional web development experience.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Backend experience with Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar technologies.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and server architecture.
- Hands-on experience with version control (Git).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
